Stretford Marketplace
The opening of the Stretford Marketplace, providing retail spaces for new business owners and existing business owners. Provided workshops are designed for business owners to rent as well as transparency of skill transfer for the public.
Canal
The canal is open and becomes the focal point for socialisation and the community of Stretford to unite together.
Phase ii
Stretford Public Hall
The users in Stretford Public Hall who use the studio spaces are able to sell their products at the Stretford Marketplace.
Phase iii
Essoldo Cinema
The existing Essoldo Cinema will be transformed to expand the studio spaces existed in Stretford Public Hall. The studios all apply to the growing businesses in Stretford Marketplace.
Stretford Mall
Existing chain store in Stretford Mall will be replaced by successfull local stores that grew commercially from the Stretford Marketplace. Stretford Mall in the future would be developed with local products, expanding Stretford economically.
